About this site
femisheart.org is owned and operated by the Olouwafemi SJ Tevoedjre Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity registered in the United States under EIN 85-1978084. We exist to carry Femi's name forward through programmes for blood donation, transplant families, grieving mothers, and youth ambassadors.
Use
You're welcome to read every page, donate, sign up to volunteer, apply to a programme, and share what we're doing. What you shouldn't do is scrape the site, pretend to be us or someone else when you write to us, or post anything hateful or abusive in our forms.
Donations
All donations are processed through BetterUnite. Because we are a 501(c)(3), your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law. Your receipt is issued automatically by BetterUnite the moment your donation is processed.
Event tickets
Tickets for the Gramercy Gala are sold through Givebetter. Tickets are refundable up to fourteen days before the event. After that, your purchase becomes a non-refundable gift to the foundation — and we're grateful for it.
User-submitted content
Anything you write into one of our forms — a cohort application, a nomination, an outreach note — remains yours. We treat it as confidential. We share it only with the people inside the foundation who need to read it to do their job, and with no one else.
Intellectual property
All site content — words, photographs, illustrations, video — is © 2026 Femi's Heart Foundation. Femi's name, image, and likeness are used here with her family's blessing. Please don't reuse our content elsewhere without our written permission.
Limitations of liability
This is a memorial foundation site. We are not a hospital, clinic, or law firm. Nothing on this site is medical or legal advice. If you or someone near you is in a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Changes
We update these terms whenever we need to — usually when we add a new programme or partner. The date at the top of this page is the source of truth for which version is current.
